Full Solution for Production of Suction Excavators

For RSP GmbH & Co. KG, a manufacturer of suction excavators, we implemented a complete surface treatment centre at the company’s new production site in Bad Langensalza, which has recently been put into operation. The new plant technology is aimed at doubling the production of suction excavators.
The new surface treatment centre comprises a treatment line for large parts, such as collection containers, and a line for the treatment of small parts. The large parts line includes a blastroom with the dimensions 13 x 6 x 5.5 m as well as two combined paint spraying and drying booths, which are additionally equipped with SLF scissor-type lifting platforms. Small parts are treated in a separate line with blastroom, paint spraying booth and paint dryer. Here the parts are transported with the help of a manual overhead conveying system which connects the surface treatment systems with the neighbouring production and assembly hall.
The strategic site developers Jens Tappert and Martin Jesumann are pleased with the well thought out implementation of the surface treatment centre. On the occasion of commissioning, SLF project manager Christian Flothmann and sales engineer Norbert Küsters presented the two business partners with a specially made stainless steel clock as a sign of gratitude for this extraordinary order.
