We design and manufacture paint spraying walls that are precisely adapted to your building conditions and process needs. Our systems support safe and high-quality manual coating of a wide range of workpieces.
Based on our extensive project experience, we have defined four standard sizes that have proven to be particularly efficient and flexible in industrial applications. These dimensions typically meet most coating requirements in practice. For specific use cases, we also design customized spray wall sizes tailored to your processes and available space.
All spray walls are equipped with effective lighting to ensure optimal visibility – an essential factor for consistent coating quality.
Depending on factors such as coating material and application volume, we integrate different filter systems into our paint spraying walls. Proven solutions include the SLF impact separator system with downstream filter mats, as well as the widely used Edrizzi filters. Other common filter types can also be integrated upon request.
