Corrosion prevention and pretreatment by zinc- spraying prior to paint spraying
For the zinc spraying process zinc wire is melted by a flame or an electric arc and by means of compressed air sprayed onto the previously blast cleaned workpiece. This provides for good corrosion prevention characteristics.
For the zinc spraying we supply either complete zinc spraying rooms incl. the relevant zinc spraying and filter technique or we retrofit your existing cabinet or blastroom with equipment especially designed for zinc spraying purposes.
