Process Water Treatment Systems
Cleaning processes in washing booths inevitably produce wastewater. Discharging this wastewater after treatment is costly and complex. However, since the cleaning solution typically only contains low contamination levels, it can be reused multiple times.
Recycling the process water reduces the need for fresh cleaning concentrate and preserves resources. Foreign substances must be largely removed before reuse – a task handled by our process water treatment systems.
The right configuration depends on the types of contaminants absorbed during cleaning – such as oils, greases, particles, or coolant emulsions. Because contamination varies by application, we designed our systems to be easily expanded and adapted to your specific process water needs.
The proper selection of the process water treatment system depends on the type of contaminants absorbed by the process water during cleaning – such as oils, greases, dirt particles or coolant-lubricant emulsions.
Since contamination levels vary depending on the specific components and application, it is not possible to define a one-size-fits-all treatment solution in advance. That’s why we have designed our systems to be modular: the basic version can be flexibly expanded and customized to meet the specific requirements of your process water.
