Blasting tests for new development

As a special machine manufacturer, we develop innovative concepts in the field of surface treatment technology, which are planned and built to meet individual customer requirements. In our more than 30 years of company history, we have gained a great deal of expertise in order to be able to carry out pioneering developments in-house.
We are currently carrying out blast cleaning tests for the internal treatment of pipes with very small diameters but long lengths. Following the enquiry of a potential customer it is planned to develop a fully automated blasting line for the external and internal blasting of pipes in cooperation with our partner company AGTOS GmbH. The new type of blasting line will then consist of an AGTOS turbine-wheel shot blasting machine for descaling the outer pipe surface and an SLF pressure blasting machine for optimizing the blast cleaning of the narrow inner pipe and shall be connected by an automated conveyor system.
End of 2023, our Swedish sales partner Begner Agenturer together with the prospective customer visited Emsdetten to coordinate the requirements.
