Production of XXL Lifting Platforms

02/2023
We are currently in the process of assembling the largest scissor lifting work platform in our programme in four different versions: The side-wall guided SLF lifting work platform HS50 with a standing height of up to 7.5 m and a platform cage that can be extended to 5 m is not an everyday project,  even for us.

Assembly, adjustment and commissioning take place here under ideal conditions.

Lifting platforms, especially in the field of surface treatment, are exposed to high mechanical strains and the effects of media such as dust or overspray during their service life.

This is why the quality of the design and material is of such great importance.

We want you to be able to rely on the safety and durability of our SLF lifting platforms at all times! For this reason, each of our lifting platforms is tested and approved by TÜV Süd in accordance with DIN EN 280.

The statics are of course calculated and proven in their entirety for each project. In addition, each lifting work platform is completely assembled at our Emsdetten site and commissioned with all its functions before delivery to the customer. We work according to detailed test and acceptance protocols, which cover up to 120 points each. At our customers' premises, our fitters carry out another final inspection in accordance with our delivery protocol.

With the four lifting platforms, our customer will be able to offer his workers an optimal working position and accessibility when painting up to 120 m long blades for offshore wind turbines.

Depending on the customer's needs, we also offer our lifting platforms with special equipment, such as  folding railing, without railing, with rear fall arrester or with a rotating cage.
