This week, the preliminary acceptance of a SLF blasting cabin was carried out at our premises in Emsdetten by technicians from Daimler Truck AG.
Stefan Thröner, responsible project manager and technical engineer, and Michael Heemann, responsible for electrical engineering, were in close contact with the customer during the entire project process. Thus, our customer was highly satisfied and the system was accepted without any complaints.
In total, three different processing programmes were provided in the customised blasting cabin, which will control the automatic handling and blasting of five different workpieces with a size of up to 25 x 2 cm in the future. Workpiece transport and positioning are carried out via conveyor belts, loading and unloading grippers and a satellite turntable.
In the next few days, commissioning will take place in our company before the cabin is delivered and ready to start work at the Daimler Truck plant in Gaggenau.
