Retrofit Heating Media

In 2022, Carl Geringhoff Produktions GmbH successfully converted its production process to use LPG as an alternative heating medium through a targeted retrofit.
We supplied and installed an automated system that allows quick and flexible switching between natural gas and LPG when required. The retrofit focused on the paint booth and drying oven, each equipped with a gas surface burner. In principle, these burners can be operated with various alternative energy sources.
Modernization of Heat Recovery Systems

At LAWECO GmbH, a manufacturer of lifting tables and lifting systems, we modernized the heat recovery system in 2025.
A damper control system was installed to switch efficiently between painting and drying modes. In addition, we integrated a heat exchanger and insulated the air ducts to improve energy efficiency.
In the paint spraying booth, we modernized the heating system by installing a new gas surface burner and a pumped hot water heating coil.
Automation of the Blasting Process

In 2024, we retrofitted a ReCo-Blaster® in our customer’s existing blasting booth with dimensions of 10 x 6.5 x 6.3 m (l x w x h).
The automation of the blasting process using the 8-axis overhead gantry blasting robot provides the façade manufacturer with lots of benefits — above all improved efficiency, surface quality, workplace safety, and cost-effectiveness. A key objective for our customer was to ensure a consistently homogeneous blasting result, enabling reliable and repeatable surface preparation for subsequent production steps.
