Available as stationary or telescopic systems, our washing booths can be paired with process water treatment units for maximum flexibility. Especially for water-based paints, it’s essential to remove oil, grease and dirt beforehand. Our HP cleaning systems are ideal for large or bulky components.
We offer manual HP washing booths and robot-assisted cleaning cells. Special additives in the cleaning agent provide temporary corrosion protection, enabling intermediate storage of parts.

During the cleaning process, large volumes of wastewater are generated. This water can be discharged into the sewer system after appropriate wastewater treatment. In closed-loop operation, however, the consumption of process water as well as cleaning concentrate costs are reduced. To reuse the cleaning solution, foreign substances like oil, grease and dirt must be effectively removed. Our process water treatment systems take care of that.
