Open-Space Paint Spraying Systems
Open-space paint sparying systems are among our most well-known and versatile products. Unlike traditional paint spraying booths, they do not require an enclosed structure, offering maximum flexibility when loading and maneuvering workpieces – for example, using forklifts or overhead cranes.
Innovative Ventilation
At the heart of our open-space paint spraying systems is a ventilation system equipped with long-range nozzles. These ensure a uniform, directed airflow over long distances – without obstructive installations in the working area. Overspray is reliably removed and air quality in the painting zone remains consistently high.
To ensure maximum energy efficiency, the airflow can be controlled by section – either automatically via motion detection or manually by zone-based activation. This way, air volume is only supplied where it is actually needed. The systems are designed for continuous industrial operation and feature a robust, low-maintenance construction.
Compared to conventional paint spraying booths, energy costs can be reduced by up to 70%, making our open-space paint spraying systems not only economical but also future-proof – for both new installations and the retrofitting of existing coating lines.
