The demands on coating quality, corrosion protection and surface finish in commercial vehicle and agricultural machinery manufacturing have steadily increased over the years.
Whether wet paint or powder coating is required, we develop a tailored system concept for you — featuring pre-treatment, blasting room, and the appropriate conveyor technology to connect all process steps.
For cubic parts such as truck bodies or containers, we offer our automated painting gantry, the ReCo-Painter®, as a specialized solution.
RSP GmbH & Co. KG
For suction excavator manufacturer RSP GmbH & Co. KG, we implemented a complete, innovative surface treatment center. The new system enables the company to double its production capacity.
It includes a line for large components such as collection tanks and a separate line for small parts. The large-part line features a 13 × 6 × 5.5 m blast room and two combined spray and drying booths with scissors-type lifting platforms. Small parts are processed in a separate line with its own blast room, spray booth, and paint dryer. All components are transported via an overhead rail system linking surface treatment and final assembly areas.
Perfect Surface for Cutting Units
Our customer manufactures a variety of cutting units for agricultural machinery.
To coat screw conveyors up to 14.5 meters in length, we developed a specialized paint spraying line, consisting of a blasting booth, a paint spraying booth and a dryer. The booths are connected via a power-and-free conveyor system and are seamlessly integrated into the existing production process.
Turnkey Solution for Vehicle Manufacturer

For one of the world's largest commercial vehicle manufacturers, we developed a comprehensive turnkey solution.
In our customer's southern German plant, we built a processing line for truck chassis and special bodies, including a blasting booth, a high-pressure cleaning cabin, a paint spraying booth with a paint supply room and a separate drying booth, each measuring 18 x 6 x 6 meters. Additionally, we constructed a paint spraying booth for small parts.
Special Solution for Tipper Trailers
For one of the largest European manufacturers of drawn commercial vehicles, we designed and built a coating center.
At the Austrian headquarters, the system includes three paint booths, among them a spray and drying booth equipped with our ReCo-Painter®. This automated painting portal handles tipper trailers up to 13 meters long and up to 4 meters high, ensuring efficient and high-quality coating.
