In the automotive industry, we provide solutions for cleaning and peening processes of components such as engine or transmission parts. Depending on the application, we use either automated injector blasting systems or pressure blasting systems. These systems can be equipped with automatic workpiece recognition, automated transport and robotic workpiece handling.
Our blasting systems are characterized by a high degree of customization, excellent repeatability and wear-resistant design.
Custom Solution for a leading Automotive Manufacturer

For one of the world’s largest automotive manufacturers, we developed a blasting cabin for the fully automated pre-treatment of synchronizer rings. This system was seamlessly integrated into the customer’s existing flow production line.
The new blasting cabin enables flexible, automated handling and blasting of five different workpiece types, with dimensions of up to 25 x 2 cm. It replaces a previous blasting system and increases throughput compared to the former solution.
A key feature of the system is the automatic adjustment of the nozzle distance using a positioning axis, depending on the diameter of the specific workpiece. Workpiece loading and unloading from the customer’s conveyor belt is fully automated via a gripper system with vertical and horizontal travel.
Precision Blasting of Planet Carriers

We developed a pressure blasting machine with an indexing turntable for one of Germany’s largest automotive suppliers. This system enables the automated blasting of planet carriers.
Workpieces are loaded via a robotic loader. The blasting process is carried out using six highly wear-resistant pressure blasting nozzles with precisely calibrated accuracy of ±1 mm.

Germany’s leading company in the manufacture and maintenance of aircraft engines relies on our highly precise, automated blasting technology.
This generously dimensioned blasting unit is equipped with a finely controlled blasting robot, an automatic swivel turntable and three integrated screening systems, among other features.

For a customer in the automotive sector, we built a pressure blasting system featuring six blasting robots arranged on both sides, as well as four handling robots. The system is fully integrated into the customer’s production flow.
In three separate blasting chambers, rear axle carriers are blasted fully automatically. A supplied power & free conveyor system ensures seamless logistics.
