Major order placed by Kleemann GmbH

The company Kleemann GmbH in Göppingen, Germany, a company of the Wirtgen Group and one of the oldest and most reputable suppliers of machine technology and applications for processing natural stones and gravel has recently placed an order with us for the installation of a paint spraying system and finishing bay for their new headquarters in the industrial estate of Göppingen “Stauferpark”.

Basically the paint spraying system incl. automatic part transport (up to 30 t in a suspended position) consists of:

1 High-pressure cleaning cabin with circuit-guided process water treatment system
2 Combined paint spraying and drying cabins
1 Paint dryer
1 Powder enamelling furnace

The finishing bay comprises:

2 Open-space paint spraying system for large components
1 Ventilation equipment for 1 washing hall
