Thus our range of products features among others paint spraying cabins and combined paint spraying and drying cabins with complete or energy-saving sectional ventilation, e. g. for railway coaches, goods waggons, wind power plant towers or rotor blades. The possibility of a movable and/or telescopic design of the combined paint spraying and drying cabin offers the highest flexibility for coating and drying of large components.

Wet paint spraying systems

Open-space paint spraying systems with long-range nozzle technique for coating works in the open workshop are part of our best-known products. As with the paint spraying cabins, also here the sectional principle leads to a considerable reduction of the air capacity, which means energy savings of up to 70 %. A flexible workpiece handling by using existing handling devices, e.g. indoor cranes is possible without any problems.
Our special two-stage separator system allows a quick replacement of the filter elements. Furthermore, dust emissions can be reduced or higher paint throughputs than in case of using a conventional system with a one-stage paint mist separation can be achieved by this system. In connection with our Quick-Clean System this 2-stage separator system is the basis for a high availability of the installation.
In combination with a movable or telescopic dryer the open-space paint spraying area can also
be used as drying area.

Furthermore we supply Paint dryers, like e.g. drying cabins, refrigerating dryers or powder enamelling furnaces with dark radiator technique as well as powder coating systems for the manual or automatic powder coating. Our paint spraying booths allow an optimal painting of small parts.
