Open-space paint spraying systems with long-range nozzles

Product description

One of our most famous products are the open-space paint spraying systems having the advantage that they can be used in the workshop hall without restricting cabin walls. They provide a high flexibility

for the industrial coating of workpieces as e. g. their charging can be performed by the existing hall crane.

The process air generated by our combined fresh air and exhaust air device is supplied to the spraying area via so-called long-range nozzles that are installed in the ceiling of the workshop hall. It is discharged via impact separators with secondary filters installed in the floor.

The use of long-range nozzles also makes it possible to precisely direct heated process air (contrary to the natural thermal current) to the coating technician from heights of up to 20 meters. The high discharge impulse of the
long-range nozzles induces a flow of
additional air from the hall for achieving the required air sinking speed in the technician's work area.

Special energy saving effects can be achieved by open-space paint spraying systems when being equipped with a sectional ventilation and deventilation system. Combined with our two-stage paint separation system with impact separators and Quick Clean System this system furthermore offers considerable saving potentials regarding the
maintenance costs.

Advantages of open-space paint spraying systems

  • Flexible handling of workpieces by means of a hall crane or a fork-lift truck
  • Automatic sectional fresh air and exhaust air conduction
  • High capture rate of contaminants
  • High energy saving (of up to 70 %) by the sectional working method
  • Low maintenance costs
  • Suitable for the use in halls with heights of up to 20 m
