Product description

The use of telescopic/movable cabins/drying tunnels offers a high degree of flexibility, especially together with an open-space painting system.

By moving the dryer housing and thus enclosing the workpieces a forced drying is performed.

This procedure enables a considerable shortening of the drying times compared to the drying at room temperature within the hall thus leading to a considerable increase in productivity.

Longitudinal or transverse or telescopic combined paint spraying and drying cabins enable a simple handling of bulky workpieces with the help of a gantry crane on the paint spraying area.

Advantages:

The open-space paint spraying area can also be used as drying area (a transfer of the newly-painted workpieces is not necessary)
Simple charging of bulky workpieces on the paint spraying/drying area with the help of a gantry crane
Movable and/or telescopic cabins are space-saving solutions
Increase in productivity by the forced drying on an open-space paint spraying area
