Successful commissioning and acceptance of the new surface treatment centre for tipping trailers at F. X. Meiller GmbH & Co. KG in Munich

The restructuring of their headquarters in Munich required a new surface treatment centre for F.X. Meiller GmbH & Co. KG, which in 2007 brought us the major order of our company’s history so far.

The surface treatment centre consists of three complete paint spraying lines whereas the integration of our system technique into the existing hall was a big challenge in this project.

Two paint spraying lines for tipper bodies and subframes, each featuring

one preparation cabin
one primer cabin
one paint spraying cabin
one paint dryer as well as
one chain conveyor

had to be placed.

Furthermore one paint spraying line for complete vehicles has been installed and includes

one preparation cabin
one primer cabin
one paint spraying cabin and
one paint dryer.

Recently the modern surface treatment centre has been successfully commissioned and accepted.

Abroad we are also active as system partner for the Meiller-Group:
In 2007 F.X. Meiller Slaný s.r.o. in Czech placed an order with us for the retrofitting of their existing cabins.
In 2008, within a very short realization time, we installed at Meiller Dogus Damper Sanayi Ticaret Ltd. Sti. in Turkey a complete surface treatment line consisting of one blastroom, one primer cabin, one paint spraying cabin as well one dryer for tipper bodies. It is especially remarkable that a production capacity of nearly 100 % could be reached with the commissioning of system.
