The company Wirtgen in Windhagen, Germany, which is the world-leading manufacturer of technologies for road construction like milling machines, recycling machines, slipform pavers and Surface Miners, has recently placed an order with us for the installation of a coating plant for large components.

Basically this coating plant for large components incl. automatic part transport (up to 30 t in a suspended position) consists of:

2 Preparation areas
1 Paint spraying cabin
2 Large-volume powder coating cabins
2 Combined paint dryers/powder enamelling stoves
Ventilation equipment for 1 washing hall
Ventilation equipment for 2 finish halls
1 Equipment for paint storage room
