Sectional ventilation and deventilation of paint spraying systems

Sectional ventilation

The sectional working method saves significant amounts of energy.
Here only the immediate work area around the coating technician is supplied with fresh air which is extracted sectionally in the floor area. In our paint spraying systems the ventilation accompanies the coating technician thus avoiding an unnecessary ventilation of the remaining, unused paint spraying cabin.

The coating technician manually chooses the corresponding working section by means of an explosion-proof remote control or fully automatically via an
automatic operator's recognition system.

The sectional ventilation and deventilation is characterized by the following features:

  • Aimed fresh air and exhaust air conduction in the working area of the coating technician
  • High capture rate of contaminants in the working area
  • Considerably reduced operating costs
  • Suitable for the use in open-space paint spraying systems and closed paint spraying cabins
  • Environmentally friendly with low CO2 emission
