Corrosion prevention coatings according to DIN EN ISO 12944 and ZTV-KOR steel constructions and according to customers' special factory standards

Thanks to many years of comprising experiences of our employees and because of the modern, efficient technique we are always able to fulfil the high quality requirements within the domain of the corrosion protection. Our standard program ranges from simple primary coats based on AK coating materials with coating thicknesses of 40 µm without special requirements via modern 2K-PUR single-layer systems with dry layer thicknesses of 80 µm, through to 3 and 4 layer systems for lasting properties of the corrosiveness categories C5 I or C5 M with protection periods far over 15 years.

The treatment of moisture curing 1K-PUR materials or silicates as well as the production of highly temperature resistant silicone coatings are part of our daily business, too.

Organic coatings on inorganic metal coat, known as Duplex coatings, are also part of our wide range of services.
