Blasting installation

Our range of products features air blast machines designed as cabinet or accessible blastroom. We supply automatic blast cabinets as well as hand blast cabinets with suction system or direct pressure system.

Airblast machines

Our automatic blast cabinets are available with turntable, indexing table or as special installations in different designs.

Provided with different media recovery systems like the mechanical recovery e.g. by means of our novel lamella-type conveyor floor or screw conveyors, troughed belt conveyors etc. or the pneumatic recovery through a suction unit conveying the abrasive out of the blast room into the media silo almost without residues, our accessible blast room offer decisive advantages.

The cost saving, effective construction as well as a robust, applicable equipment and a filter technique easy to maintain also speak in the favour of our blasting systems, or said more precisely air blasting systems. The use of innovative work piece conveyors like e.g. rail-mounted trolleys or lift trucks is possible without any problems. We are well prepared to offer respective conveyor systems on request.

Accessible blasting rooms are designed with partial or complete grating in sound absorbing construction and can be provided with sidewall-guided or mobile lifting work platforms depending on the requirement. Furthermore it is possible to provide the blasting rooms with ceiling flaps.

We would be pleased to support you by supplying all necessary spare and wear parts like e.g. blast nozzles, operator's protective equipment, abrasive blasting media, etc., also for other brands, or by the provision of our expert service personnel for maintenance and repair works.
